The 2018 Graduate Award activity was held on February 24, 2018, at Noah’s Barn, Dayang Sumbi Street number 2, Bandung. The committee for the 2018 Graduate Awards activities had gathered since 11.00 at Noah’s Barn to conduct a briefing with the chief executive of the 2018 Graduate Awards and prepare all the needs of the event on the spot, while all liaison officers were ready at ITB Ganesha Cultural Center (Sasana Budaya Ganesha – Sabuga ITB). Then, the chief executive, event division coordinator, logistics division coordinator, and several staff went to Sabuga. At 12.00, the chief executive and event division coordinator conducted a briefing with all liaison officers. At 12.30, all of the liaison officers picked up the graduates. The event continued with mobilization to Noah’s Barn, with all graduates accompanied by liaison officers. Arriving at Noah’s Barn, the committee directed the graduates to the venue on the second floor. The graduates were then greeted by the committee and the head of the Management Study Program Student Association (HMPSM).
Following that, the liaison officer conducted the re-registration procedure and ordered food for the graduates, with the menu tailored to each graduate’s preferences. The master of ceremonies welcomed the graduates one by one at 14.15, followed by remarks from the head of HMPSM, the chief executive of the 2018 Graduate Awards, and the heads of the classes of 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, and 2017. After that, at 14.30, the graduates started eating together.
At 15.30 WIB, the event continued with an ice-breaking session. Following the icebreaker, the head of HMPSM distributed plaques and certificates to the graduates one by one, with the biodata and fun facts of each graduate being read out. The documentation division’s staff documented the entire process of plaque distribution. At 16.55, the master of ceremonies invited all the graduates to move from the venue on the second floor to the park on the first floor to start the closing ceremony, assisted by the liaison officer of each graduate who had brought balloons to fly. After all the graduates gathered in the garden to form a circle, the master of ceremonies invited one representative from the graduates to deliver closing remarks and lead the singing of the HMPSM UNPAR’s Mars together. The balloons were then flown together by the graduates. Until the end of the event, the master of ceremonies took over and thanked the chief executive for the 2018 Graduate Awards, closing the entire series of 2018 Graduate Award events at 17.00.
