Management Broadcast 2022

Management Broadcast is a work program under the Public Relations Division that aims to provide a platform for conveying information, opinions, and expressing the UNPAR Management students. MENECAST’s first period has published videos on Youtube since April 30th, 2022. The content of theme 1 of MENECAST contains an introduction to the Management environment to the UNPAR Management community, which is expected to provide information, especially to the 2021 class, and can be a consideration that can increase student interest in UNPAR Management to more active in channeling aspirations, expressing themselves, and contributing to UNPAR Management.

Furthermore, the background to the contents of theme 2 is due to the Covid-19 pandemic which has made lecture activities carried out online. But now we have switched to a hybrid school system, which initiated us to ask the lecturers’ opinions regarding hybrid lectures, starting from the advantages, disadvantages, ways of adaptation, difficulties, and benefits of hybrid learning. Apart from that, there are also mini-games, namely “Never have I ever” and “Tanya Internet” to add excitement to episode 2. Meanwhile, on the content of theme 3, MENECAST presents a short film related to the Covid-19 pandemic situation. This short film provides a different perspective of life as well as advantages and disadvantages, before the Covid-19 pandemic and during the Covid-19 pandemic. This short film also shows significant differences in the way of learning, sleeping hours, playing time, and life outside of lecture hours before and after the Covid-19 pandemic.

In the three themes presented by MENECAST on Youtube HMPSM, MENECAST can provide content that is interesting and entertaining that provides new insights for Management students about the UNPAR environment. This can be seen from the enthusiasm of the audience in watching and listening to MENECAST content both on YouTube and Spotify. On the main MENECAST publication platform, YouTube managed to get a total of 619 views as of June 27th, 2022.
